4. Course Results and Student Responsibility

We cannot guarantee that every student will achieve the same results.
Students are responsible for:

5. Online Courses and Digital Content
When you purchase an online course or digital resource, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the content for your own learning.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the course content or intellectual property to you.
You must not:

record, download or copy content unless we expressly allow it;

6. In-Person Training and Workshops
Bookings for in-person courses, workshops and training sessions are subject to availability.
You are responsible for arriving on time and attending the full training session.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to repeat content that has already been covered or extend the scheduled finishing time.
Where a course requires a model, equipment, products or preparation before attending, you are responsible for following the instructions provided before the training date.
Failure to meet course requirements may affect your ability to participate in some or all practical activities.
7. Payments
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your booking, enrolment or order is not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been successfully received.
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to make all payments according to the payment schedule shown at the time of purchase.
Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of course access or other reasonable action until the outstanding amount is resolved.
8. Pricing
We may change our prices at any time.
Any price change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed unless otherwise agreed with you.
We aim to ensure all prices and product information are accurate. If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to resolve the issue.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
In-Person Courses and Training
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must contact us as soon as possible.
Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are:

More than 14 days before the course: Deposit is non-refundable. We can give you credit note for next course, or refund remaining amount upon request..

Between 7 and 10 days before the course: Deposit is non-refundable. We can you move you to another course date or refund 50% of your fee.

Less than 72 hours before the course: Non-Refundable

No-shows: Non-Refundable
Bookings and payments may be transferred to another date only where permitted under the policy stated at the time of booking.
Any approved transfer may be subject to availability and any stated transfer fee.
Cancellation by Master Nail Lab
We may need to reschedule or cancel training due to circumstances such as illness, emergencies, venue issues, minimum attendance requirements or events outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel a course and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
We are not responsible for additional costs you incur, such as travel or accommodation, except where required by law.
10. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.
For change-of-mind purchases, our refund policy is as follows:
Online courses and digital products:
Due to the digital nature of online courses and digital products, change-of-mind refunds are not provided once access to the course, content or digital product has been granted or delivered.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.
In-person courses and training:
Change-of-mind refunds are not provided for in-person courses or training.
If you can no longer attend your booked training date, you may request to transfer your booking to another available date by providing at least 14 days’ notice. Transfer requests are subject to availability and may be limited to one transfer per booking.
Requests made within 14 days of the scheduled training date may not be eligible for transfer, as your place has been reserved and may be difficult to fill at short notice.
Failure to attend a booked course or training session without notice will be treated as a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited
Physical products:
For change-of-mind purchases, we may accept returns of eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once opened or used. This may include nail products, tools, liquids, gels, brushes and other personal or professional-use items where the packaging or hygiene seal has been opened or removed.
Any approved change-of-mind refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Salon services:
Change-of-mind refunds are not provided for completed salon services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of any booking fee or deposit paid.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show, and any booking fee or deposit paid will be forfeited.
If you have a genuine concern about a salon service, please contact Master Nail Lab as soon as possible so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable solution.
These change-of-mind policies are in addition to, and do not limit, any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Physical Products and Online Shop
Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, lighting and product batches.
Product availability is subject to stock.
We may limit quantities or cancel an order where there is a genuine stock, pricing, payment or listing issue.
Shipping times are estimates unless we expressly guarantee otherwise.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply if an order must be resent because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided.
12. Salon Services and Appointments
Salon appointments are subject to the booking, cancellation and rescheduling policies displayed at the time of booking.
You must tell us about any relevant allergies, sensitivities, injuries or other information that may affect the safe provision of your service.
We may refuse or modify a service where we reasonably believe it is unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.
Results may vary depending on factors including natural nail condition, aftercare, lifestyle and adherence to recommended maintenance.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless stated otherwise:

promotions cannot be combined;

discount codes must be applied before checkout;

discounts cannot be applied retrospectively;

promotions are available for the stated period only; and

offers may be limited to selected products, courses or services.

14. Gift Cards
Gift cards are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

16. Student Work and Social Media
You retain ownership of your own original work.
If you tag Master Nail Lab or publicly share content featuring your participation in our courses, we may ask for permission to repost or share that content.
Where we take photographs or videos during training, we will obtain any consent required before using identifiable content for promotional purposes.
You may withdraw future consent by contacting us. This will not necessarily require us to remove materials already lawfully published or produced, subject to applicable law.
